Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Odominder (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Odominder provides a personal digital garage for logging vehicle maintenance, expenses, fuel or energy use, documents, and reminders. Features may change as we improve the product.
Enterprise fleet tools may be offered in the future as a separate experience. Availability of Personal Garage does not guarantee access to fleet products.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users or our infrastructure.
You retain ownership of vehicle data and documents you upload. You grant Odominder a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
4. Disclaimers
Odominder is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It is not a substitute for professional mechanical inspection, certified diagnostics, dealer service, or legal advice. AI-assisted suggestions (if offered) are informational only. You remain responsible for vehicle safety, roadworthiness, and compliance with local laws.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odominder and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you use a free plan).
6. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected] or Contact Sales & Support.
