We also collect basic technical data needed to operate the service (such as device type, browser, and approximate usage logs) to keep the app reliable and secure.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate and improve Odominder: authenticate your account, sync your garage data, send product and security notices, provide customer support, and develop features like maintenance reminders and diagnostics. We do not sell your personal garage details to third-party advertisers.

3. Data storage and security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Document uploads and account credentials are handled with industry-standard encryption practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password.

4. Sharing

We may share data with infrastructure and payment processors solely to run the service (for example hosting or billing). Those providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Odominder and our users.

5. Your choices

You can update account details in the app, request access or deletion of personal data subject to legal obligations, and opt out of non-essential marketing emails. Vehicle logs and documents you delete from your garage are removed from active systems according to our retention practices.
